Should I Create a New Digital Ocean Droplet Every Time I Add a New Domain?

The answer depends on the situation. It is ok to place even 10 domains on the same IP address, but when something bad occurs with your server or IP address you would lose all your domains. So it is up to you, but we recommend one droplet for one domain.

AWS Account Forbidden Error

Sometimes you can experience an Account Forbidden error from AWS (Amazon Web Services) when adding a newly created AWS account to Zeustrack.

This error means that your AWS account has not been verified or has not yet been activated by AWS.

If you have not verified your AWS account, then you must do this in order to be able to create servers in the system. If you’ve confirmed your AWS account via SMS, you’ll need to wait from a few minutes to 24 hours or contact AWS support with a request to activate your account.

If you’ve verified your AWS account by phone, contact AWS Support to activate your account. Additional troubleshooting information is available here.

How Many Servers Do I Need?

Usually 10 accounts per 1 server is enough, but if you would expect high load, please contact us via support chat or create a ticket.

Should I Use CDNs to Speed Up the Page Loading?

The short answer is no, you should not use CDNs. First of all, CDNs do not speed up the page loading. Second - CDN is the additional layer from the third party (which is not under your control) between your content and your user.

Sometimes a Domain Goes With Offline Status But I'm Sure It is Online

This can happen because of DNS records refreshing. Just wait about 1-2 minutes. If it is still offline, please contact us via chat support or create a ticket.

What is the Difference Between Flow, Path and URL Campaign Destination?

Flow. A flow is a predefined set of campaign destination paths. Flows are unique because they make it possible to have a specific redirect mode for each individual path. Flows often more complex than paths and based on the marketer experience of promoting certain offer.

Path. A path is used to retarget traffic inside one campaign or be a part of the Flow component. The path can use rules or direct URL to guide traffic to a given destination. Usually paths are used to test marketing suggestions to promote a new offer.

URL. A URL destination is used when you want to send your traffic directly to a specific URL without applying any set of rules.

Do We Have Public API?

Not yet.

How Do I Cancel a Subscription?

In order to cancel your paid subscription in Zeustrack you’ll need to go to the Team management > Billing > section, scroll down the page and click on the Cancel Subscription button.

After the cancellation of the paid subscription, you will still have full access to the functionality available on your plan until the end of the paid period, since the payment of the service is made for the month ahead.

After the expiration of the paid period, no fee will be charged and access to the functionality will be suspended. Traffic will be processed within 30 days with all filtering settings applied to the campaigns before the end of the paid period.

You can restore access to your team at any time by going to the Team management > Billing section. Next, just enter the card details (make sure enough funds are available for the desired plan) and click the Restore Subscription button. You will be charged the amount for the selected plan and access to the team will be resumed with all the settings at the end of the previously paid period.
